Naples Courtyard Inn - Nápoly

Really nice hotel. Rooms comfortable and very clean, possible curtains and furniture abit dull making the room dark but apart from that it was fine and overlooked the pool. The pool area is superb with plenty of sunbeds and towels. Breakfast served at the outside bar, basic but in pleasant surroundings. The owners were very nice and friendly and the main house is very smart.

The name is not the "Courtyard"

It was nice; but Rooms with refrigerator & microwaves but NO COFfEE MAKER :-(

Lady at the Front Desk very cheerful and polite. Recommended places to visit. The rooms are very clean and the continental breakfast by the pool adds a nice touch. It's in a great location about 5 mins from pretty much anything you need. Will definitely stay here again.

Generally, a nice place. Not many frills though--there are only a few cable channels, no pay per view, no dvd/vcr, so bring a book or a portable dvd or a swimsuit for your downtime. There wasn't a coffee maker, but there's coffee service in the lobby during the day and as part of the breakfast buffet. You can request a room with a fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast was very basic (coffee, juice, oatmeal, toast, bagel, english muffins), but it will fill your tummy for no extra charge. What I liked was that the king room was spacious and had a personalized touch to the decor. That, and also I was able to look out my window onto the beautiful grounds (semi-pool view) with lush gardening and cobblestone paths. The place is well-kept and the staff was courteous and attentive. There were several stores/restaurants within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, but they are hard to see from the road. The beach is a short easy drive, and there's hardly any traffic.

It was a nice hotel for the price... it looks a little old from the outside, but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The Breakfast was very basic, just bread, coffee, juise, & oatmeal, but all in all it was great.

The outside as well the inside, it was so bad that I ended up leaving and getting a room at the Courtyard by Marriot a block down the road from this hotel. I can believe people actually stay in that hotel. Is not appealing at all, at the time I check out that night of July 4, no one was at the reception desk to return the keys, which I had to call someone and he direct me to leave the keys in an outside pot. Off course I wasn’t going to do that I retuned to the room and leave the keys in the room.

VERY NICE HOTEL IN PRIME AREA WHERE ALL TYPES OF SHOPS TO SHOP, ALL KINDS OF RESTAURANTS THAT YOU CAN GET ALL DIFFERENT TYPES OF FOOD, BEACHES WHERE YOU CAN WALK AT MIDNIGHT, SIGHT SEEING PLACES & AIRBOAT RIDE. MOST DRIVE IS IN 35 MILES AREA,SHOPS WHERE THERE IS "GANDOLA" RIDE IN LAKE.

Overall the hotel and staff were very nice. My chief concerns were dirty bed sheets and tiny ants everywhere in the rooms! But, the hotel is pretty clean overall, great location and excellent price. Wireless "highspeed" internet is very slow!

From other reviews I had read about this hotel, I was somewhat concerned. However, upon arrival, my expectations were exceeded! Friendly people at the front desk, a clean room, and a beautiful courtyard/pool area were only a few of the amenities that impressed me. There was also a nice continental breakfast available in the courtyard each morning. Overall, a great value for a prime location in Naples

By no means did the hotel look like it did in the pictures. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this happens. There's even a view of a trailer park in the back of the hotel. On the other hand, the service was great and the room was surprisingly veeeery clean so that's why I stayed. Sometimes you can stay in a fancy hotel and there are hairs on the sink or bath tub.

This hotel was horrible, the roons had ants, my toliet over flowed, There was no microwave or refridgerator in the omm as promised. And to top it off I paid for the room through hotels. com and when I got there they charged my again.

The location is very convenient but everything else was not, for example there are not irons in the room, good luck getting someone to bring you one, there is no one at the fornt desk. Also the free coffe is dark water is a full thermos of water with a little bag of coffe. In the bath rooms the water sits in the tub for a long time, and when you call to report it, they say " lets wait a while if is not gone will send someone. In my opinion the only good thing about this place is the location.

I have stayed here before and they used to provide a continental breakfast. Apparently they have stopped this. I was dissappointed. The office was also closed at 6:30am...Hum...

The hotel was very nice. The grounds were neat, clean and very comfortable. It was easy to feel relaxed. Frank at the front desk was very accommodating. Frank directed us to local dining establishments that were exactly what we wanted, reasonably priced and excellent food. He was a great host. My Son is attending College near Naples for the next four years and I plan to stay at the Naples Courtyard inn whenever I visit.

We had been to several hotels in the area in a months time and this one was one of the ones I highly recommend.

The room itself was nice enough for an older hotel. It was a little farther from the locations that we were interested in than we expected. (beach, tin city, 5th and 3rd street) The continental breakfast was wrapped honey buns (like the ones you get at bulk food chain stores) Warm, weak coffee and stale bread toast. I was shocked to see them serving Sunny D as a substitute for orange juice in Florida, the OJ capital of the US.

Loved the hotel.....Very quaint and clean and quiet. A bright yellow and blue color scheme makes it so inviting (both the building and the pool area). Great rates, great staff, great FREE wifi IN THE ROOMS! We will definately be back

Was quite disappointed with the quality and cleaniless of my room. ants in the bedroom, limited television channels, kitchennete was poorly stocked, no cooking facilities except for a microwave. no sheets for the pull out sofa and limited storage for clothing. thank goodness it was a short stay.

We were greeted on arrival by a wonderful man named Frank who provided us with pool towels, details about the Continental breakfast and the internet access. During the day, a female desk manager gave us several excellent restaurant recommendations, info from a true local, and inquired about our experience on our return. Quite friendly, great service and a pleasant week!

-We paid more for a room out to the pool side.What we got was out to trailers. -Breakfast from 0730am but do to limited supply it was gone at 0745am.(hotel was only 50% booked) -Aircon in room was outdated and it was not possible to regulated temp. -Staff at desk was not friendly to anyone.

Pictures on website made hotel look better and in better condition that actual. A/C units very noisey and had to turn it off to get to sleep. Location was excellent for our purpose.

The hotel was in a decent location. However, upon arrival, the woman at the front desk was very stressed out and got into an altercation on the phone when I was standing there. She seemed very flustered, angry, etc. Other than that, it was okay. Everything there is expensive, so I guess the price was pretty competitive. Lots of senior citizens in Naples. Other than families, I didn't see many young people. Lots of high-end shopping tooand not much to do unless that's what you're looking for.

This is more of a "motel" than a "hotel." The pool area and courtyard was nice, but the rooms were not very clean, the walls were thin, the conteniental breakfast was slim and often what they did have was gone. This is a good motel if you do not intend to spend any time in your room, but just need a place to sleep.

What you see on the photos is not exactly what you get, meaning it looks nice - but this hotel is very, very basic. The rooms were old style motel, meaning no amenities such as refigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, irons, etc. There is a hair dryer. Furniture was updated. Rooms were cleaned each day, but bed linens were not changed. bathroom was very small and had no fan. The pool area is nice, and the breakfast area is out doors under a "Tikki" type breakfast area. Breakfast is basic cold continental fare. Staff are very friendly.

Rooms are spare and tired but clean. A good value if you just need a place for a quick overnight visit. Wouldn't be a place that I would spend a few days.

Hotel staff exceeded our expections. We were going to leave until we came back and one of the staff just had a list of things she helped us with so we decided to stay. She was great! Carpet needed a cleaning. It was kind of gross, but the outside environment (the pool and breakfast area-very cute)and the people were great!

Hotel was good for the price. Hotel staff was exceptionally nice. Lobby and Pool area was very nice, and small continental breakfast was a nice touch. However, the rooms seem outdated, there is no artwork or decorations on the walls of any kind. Makes the room feel kind of cheap. Bed has plastic covering underneath the sheets which was noisy while sleeping. Like I said, You get what you pay for. It was on the cheaper end of the hotels for the time of year we stayed. I just would have liked to have maybe a plant, or a picture on the wall in the room so I didn't feel like it was so vacant and highway cheap motel like. But for the price, it served it's purpose, however I wouldn't rush back to stay there.
