Love to stay at this hotel is very well located near to turnpike and shopping malls, movie theaters and restaurants. I highly recommend hotel....

The good: Hotel appearance and atmosphere was relaxing,comforting,clean and satisfying. The pool area was nice and the breakfast was a good way to start your day. The Bad:ice machines dont work, and I mean more than one, I read some reviews before going here and I thought be 3 months they would have been by now. Some eye-sores laying around the entrance to the hotel. The Ugly:Dont you just want to sleep in at a hotel in most cases, unless you have to get up for work? Dont plan on sleeping at this place, the doors seem like they are non existant as every little sound passes through them like it is glued to your ear, you can hear every door slam(and they all are very loud) throughout the hallways and the patio entrances, not to mention people that walk down them or even the hundred kids running and yelling as if it were a game. If that doesnt disturb your sleep how about knocking at your door at 8am for Housekeeping..and you can hear it all the way down the hallway. Dont try speaking to them as they dont speak English, and they come back every 20 minutes!!

Some advantages, position overlooking lake at back of hotel and a pleasant balcony view.Good breakfast and good internet access. Pool warm and clean However some decoration needed especially corridors and air conditioning in rooms needs servicing.

Hotel was right off of I-75 and close to everything. The Hotel was very clean and had everything needed. There was a small Fridge, Coffee Maker, and Microwave. Free Wifi was also great.

Clean enough, Comfortable enough, Safe enough. Nothing fun about it. 8 miles to the beach. Burger King in the parking lot. Works for a work trip but will look around to see what else there is next time in town.

We booked this hotel as a stop off on the way from Miami to Tampa. It was just for overnight so we picked a budget priced hotel. We were not sure what we would find when we got there but we were really pleasantly surprised. The room, and the rest of the hotel, was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was not enormous but it was warm and the hot tub was a great extra. There was coffee on demand and the staff were helpful. I would definiftely recommend this hotel.

Room was spacious, clean and even had a kitchenette with a refriderator and microwave which was nice. Continental breakfast was very good with fruit, waffles, bagles, danish, juice, eggs, sausage, coffee, and more. Service was very good. The platform bed was very firm (no box spring) but not uncomfortable. The linens and towels were clean. I checked out an hour late and it was no problem with the staff. I travel to Naples several times a year and I will stay at this motel again. Very satisfied with what I received for my money. I got a great rate on Hotels.com.

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. I had a large room with high ceilings and small terrace overlooking the pool, refrige, microwave and 2nd sink. The pool was lovely as was the breakfast dining room and the continental breakfast had a wide variety including eggs. This should have been rated at least a 3 star hotel.

you pay for what you get. The room was extremely spacious, which was important to us. This is really just a place to sleep and it met its expectations.

Got a great deal for 5 nights, good location to go to Marco Island / Ft. Mayers, etc...

The breakfast is a nice touch and the pool is big enough and relaxing. Overall...a good value. I felt safe in the hotel.

We had a great 4th of July Weekend! We got an excellent rate, and the stay was great! It was clean and pleasant. We had everything we needed. I still was there and told my husband how great it was for the deal that we got! Would recommend the stay to everyone!

The hotel staff was very friendly and assisted me giving directions and near by great restuarants. I found the hotel very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone specially at good rate which I recieved.

Carpet felt like it was wet. Breakfast was great, but they need more waffle machines. We waited more than 15 minutes to get our waffles done.

I booked July 2 last minute to stay July 2-4.Check in is 3pm wouldn't arrive until 5pm. The gentleman I spoke to told me it's the slow season and they would have a room available. Check in was very smooth. My booking was not yet in the computer. Jessica went into the office, brought a paper out, asked for my credit card, went into the computer and give me my keys. We got a 1st floor room, not usually thrilled about that, but it was ok, we had a basic 2x queen room w/tv, mini fridge (a bit noisy), and microwave. I saw a couple of the other rooms and they all look about the same. A little dated, older carpet,drapery, and top covers on beds, but linens were clean and spotless. Towels were a bit crisp, and when we asked for more, she asked how many towels were in the room, I said 3 she gave me two more, and we were 4. The room was freezing so I turned the a/c down, no problems w/a/c at all the two nights we were there. I liked the patio that stepped out to a canal and was a very short walk to the pool. It has a deadbolt high up so my little one couldn't get out by himself. The breakfast was good. Make it yourself waffles, this line is always long as each waffle takes 3min, hardboiled eggs, cold cereal, whole fruit, instant oatmeal, instant hot chocolate, bagels, donuts, danishes, toast, fruit juice, milk, coffee, and the day we left eggs and sausage. My husband used the fitness room that has a treadmill, bike, universal, and free weights. Basic but available. Overall, the hotel was good, location great, Waffle House, BK, gas station, w/in walking distance. Publix, shopping, beach not far w/in 5-10 min. Room for improvement? Definately...But great value for my dollar. I would have even paid $20 more a night for what we got.

The hotel is clean, bright and located right off I-75. Just a couple of miles from the beach and other attractions. The staff is always very helpful. This is my third time staying at this specific hotel and they never dissapoint. Its a great hotel for the money.

Bed was very very firm and the breakfast often time was stale or old.

Hotel needs some improvements. The room stated balcony but room did not have. The kitchen did not have any pots/pans and bare utensils, we had to request these. The breakfast was bare minimum and condiments were not available. When I went to the ice machine there was ahald eaten bagel on top of the machine and was there for 3 days! The room was adequate but be prepared to ask for needed items such as toilet paper and toiletries.

This Hotel exceede my expectations for the money i paid, It was very confortable and i will come again for sure.

We had read a few negative reviews prior to our visit and were somewhat apprehensive about what we would experience. To our delight, the place was great! Our room was large, clean, and comfortable, the breakfast was fine, and the service friendly. The rate we paid was far below rates other similar motels/hotels were charging this time of year (May). We were very pleased with our stay.

i've stayed at alot of bestwesterns in florida.This one was the worst.1)it's hard to get to 2)the hallways were dirty 3)the breakfast kitchen area was a mess. 4)computer guest area was a mess.Aother guests were slobs.I will never stay at this hotel again in the naples area.

My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised with the high quality of this hotel. The room, which was spacious and exceptionally clean, contained both a refrigerator and a microwave. The breakfast bar was very good. In addition, we found the desk staff to be most helpful. I recommend this place highly.

Great value ,good sized room.Hotel was close to major highway for easy navigation.Great area close to shopping.

the hotel is great, clean, I love coffee and it was available 24-7. the cotinental breakfast was more than expected. the only problem I had is that we were four guests in the room and the housekeeping never leaft enough towels for all of us, but we went to the desk, and they gave em to us, no problem. Other than that it was great.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was nice. It is showing its age and they have been making upgrades but it still has the 1990's Florida style. No complaints for the price I paid.
