Doubletree Guest Suites Naples - Nápoly

My husband and I went for our 1st year anniversary and we were amazed of everything in the Hotel, the Service was Great, Every single person that I dealed with was great. Very Clean, Great area, the beach is very close by car. a lot to see. If I go there again I will be at this Hotel. is GREAT. I recomended it to all of my friends. Thank you for the experience, unforgetable.

Great place to stay. My wife and I were VERY pleased with oour entire experience, and would highly recommend it. Our room was very clean, and the staff maintained it beyond our expectations. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and could not do enough for us. They met our every whim and desire with enthusiasm. When we return to Naples, we will definitely stay at this property. I can't speak highly enough about it.

We were looking forward to our 4-night stay at the Doubletree in Naples, and weren't disappointed. We booked this hotel based on great reviews and also getting the 4th night free on hotels.com. The staff is some of the best people we've encountered in our travels. They go out of their way for everything, top notch. My first piece of advice is spend a little extra and get one of the wrap around suites overlooking the river. Our suite was fantastic. The wrap around balcony was huge with 6 chairs and 2 tables. So big that you could have a small party out there. We were also impressed at the size of the bathroom. I like that there are two entrances into the bathroom. The suite had two newer LG HD TV's, but no HD channels. The king bed was comfortable and every night was quiet. Did I mention clean? The cleaning staff kept us fully stocked with everything. There are quite a few perks with staying here: -Nice coffee bar that's complimentary any time of the day in the lobby -For the room, very tasty Wolfgang Puck single coffee servings -Free internet -In room refrigerator -Parking that's close to the front door -Nice pool area -Very efficient small fitness center. The two EFX machines and two treadmills were brand new, each with their own TV monitor. Assorted dumbbells and medicine balls. -Superb chocolate chip cookies every day of our stay -Beach access is a short ride (Wiggins Park and Vanderbilt Beach both close) The whole facility is very well maintained. When we were there the building was getting pressure washed. The curbs around the parking lot were getting painted. Sometimes things like this go unnoticed. We had the buffet breakfast during one of our mornings for $9.95 a person. Very filling as they have many choices including eggs anyway you want them. The other mornings we just had cereal in the room. Bought a box at the store, kept milk in the fridge and borrowed a bowl from downstairs. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but there are only serving the breakf

Hotel was excellent for the price we paid. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bathroom was beautiful with granite counters. Front desk staff was the friendliest I have ever seen. You get free cookies and coffee anytime u want them, Nice and warm! Only down side was there is no free breakfast. Everything else was GREAT!

Great rate, clean hotel, newer building, hotel had a family owned restaurant attached. Ample Parking, within decent driving distance to the beach. Hotel was quiet and relaxing, fantastic service, not a single complaint about the hotel. I'm looking at staying there again soon.

I expected more due to the name of the property. But, as I entered the room, it seemed to be a renovation of a lesser standard hotel. Mold spores were found in the bathroom area and we had to be moved to another room. One desk clerk in particular was very accommodating and really made the trip enjoyable for us.

Front desk friendly and professional. The room was very clean and provided ample room for our three night stay. Staff was was friendly and helpful during our stay. We were very pleased and have scheduled another three nights here at the end of July.The Doubletree is also close to Bonita Beach and Ft Myers beach. An enjoyable drive.. The cookies were added treat.

We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return to this hotel. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and anxious to help. The hotel was clean and well-appointed. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel both mornings of our stay. Note that breakfast is not free with room, but it’s a great value for what you get. There’s a breakfast bar plus eggs made-to-order including omelets. I had ham and onion omelets and my wife had egg white with veggies. Both were excellent. The workout room has dumbbells up to 50 pounds, an adjustable incline bench, and some cardio equipment. You’ll need a rental car to get to beaches and shopping. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, etc. a short drive away.

This hotel is probably one of the best run hotels I have seen. Highly unusual for a 3 star to get this kind of service. Highly recommended.

Oh My! The benchmark for hotel customer service has been redefined! All of the receptionists at the front desk were very polite and extremely helpful, but Ashlie took the prize. A perfect "10" in service per the hotels motto and hers should be ask and you shall receive. We had to request a later checkout due to a last minute schedule conflict (included visiting the beach) and she set us up with some more fresh chocolate cookies to boot! Ashlie, I hope you are appreciated and receive a pay raise soon.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife on may,2009; It was great begginnig for the beautiful Naples. When you arrive to the hotel you are receiving by so kind persons at the lobby, they gives you a delicious cookie and you can eat as many as you like. The room was great, really comfortable, very clean, modern thinks into the bathroom, and awsome sight. I definetly recomend this hotel, and I hope to go there again in the future. Finally, the Naples Double tree guest hotel fare is a great deal comparing with other hotels, for example in Miami.

This hotel is on the main road, central to everywhere and a few miles to the beach. Cozy suites, nice pool area, friendly staff. Beds are comfortable, large bathrooms, two TVs. We would definately stay there again.

Very nice staff. Our reservation was messed up through Hotels.com and they worked very hard to get it fixed. Nice suite - very comfortable. We'd definately stay again. Great location.

This is our favorite place to stay in Naples for the money. The service is excellent and the staff very accomodating. All of our needs were met with a friendly professional manner.

Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to help with any questions. The complimentary cookies were great, especially after the long ride we had to get there.

From the very friendly front desk person, to the warm cookies she offered, the the very good breakfast I was completely satisfied.

We needed a room for only one night while waiting for our rental house to be available. We would have been happy to stay here for the whole trip! The staff was wonderful, our rooms were beautiful and spacious, and they even made a last minute switch for us so that we could have adjoining suites. The area of the hotel was great, with many restaurant options, and very safe, we went running in the morning and it was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This was a holiday over my birthday and I wanted it to be special. I did not want to stay in an ordinary hotel with an ordinary double room. The Double Tree suites in Ianples exceeded my expectations by far. The staff were helpful and friendly, the cookies were brilliant, the pool was fabulous. What more can I say?! We were impressed beyond our wildest dreams with this hotel! We decided we would go back and book with them again when we go to Naples.

It was the time of planning our special day.My soon to be wife and i,were trying to decide on where to stay.We knew were going to naples,but had know clue on what hotel to stay at. After checking out some other web sites.We than went on hotels. com we looked at about ten hotels,than the Doubletree Guest Suites Naples. We looked over the layout of the Doubletree,we liked the location and we loved the price. From the first step in the door we were treated like a king and a queen!! The staff were the best and made our stay perfect. They made it so perfect we never wanted to leave.I definitely recommend the Doubletree Guest Suites Naples to anyone staying in the Naples area.My wife and i are planning to go back for our anniversary.

This is our favorite place to stay while in Naples. The staff is always eager to assist and very pleasant. We are always made to feel welcome by the staff. The rooms are very comfortable and the free internet is a nice convenience.

We were so surprised to find out how nice this hotel was! The beds were very comfy and the staff was top notch!

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and we were just as pleased this time as we were the first time. I will definatly stay there again.

The one big plus I can say about the hotel was that everyone on the staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. From the front desk to the waitstaff at the restaurant and even the turndown service, everyone was really pleasant. The outside of the hotel and the lobby were both decorated nice. What really put a damper on the experience was the unusual odor permeating the hallways and lobby. I don't know if they had just cleaned the rugs, or if they were having a mold problem but it was very musty. The room was adequate. You could tell the hotel is older from the amount of normal wear and tear around the room, but it wasn't awful. I thought the bathroom was a bit small and awkward. But the shower and sinks worked just fine. Two TVs in the room, fridge, wet bar, but no microwave. So cold leftovers. The hotel is located more North in Naples so it was about a 30-45 min drive to Marco Island. However there are some very nice public beaches closeby including Bonita Beach. Overall it was a good experience and value for the dollar, although if I go back I'd stay closer to Marco Island.

The Hotel was clean. The employees were very pleasant. The room was very nice it was like a little apartment. It was centrally located. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel iteself is nice but not top tier. The rooms are clean but the beds are not as comfy as I would have liked. That being said...the Staff was AWESOME!!! Some of the nicest I have ever come across. Very helpful and kind on every level. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels....this was the first time I ever felt this way about the staff anywhere. They also have a Nice Restraunt with good sushi attached to the hotel, so that was nice. The staff there was also great and the food above average for the price. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.
