Americas Best Value Inn & Suites - Las Vegas

The rooms were a little small but they were really clean. Location is great, you can't get any closer to the strip without actually being on it. The perkins-like restaurant in front of the hotel is a fantastic place for breakfast.

Location and price suited our needs perfectly. The room was small but was just fine for three adults who didn't spend much time in the room. It's Vegas baby! Coco's on site was a treat with their $3.98 breakfast special. Convenience store was very near as well.

Located across the street from the MGM Grand parking garage on the South side. Room is small and basic but clean and quite. Perfect if you only need the room to sleep. Next door to a Denny's-like restaurant which has fast service and is very convenient. Short $10 cab ride (including tip) to the middle of the strip. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if staying off-strip.

The room wasn't great but the location made up for it! So close to the strip (right next door to Hooters and across street from MGM). The room was very small, bathroom door did not close, no alarm clock, and the deadbolt needed to be replaced. But the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Saved a ton of money by staying here, not only on the room but also on travel costs. since it was so close to the strip, I rarely had to get a taxi and the monorail starts right across the street at the MGM so I was able to hope to the other side of the strip quickly and for only 5 bucks!

This hotel gives you more than you pay for. Its conveniently located closed to the strip. The rooms are somewhat small and they are older rooms but they are clean and my remote for the tv ddnt work so i call them and within 3 min I had another remote to my door. Service was excellent. It has a pool and hottub which was clean. All and all its a lower end hotel but its at the top end of the lower price hotels :) I will stay here again as this was the second time I stayed there.

The hotel is right across from the MGM Grand which makes it very convenient to The Strip. However, it need a serious remodeling. I could not leave a wake-up call because the phone was dead. The staff responded quickly and tried to resolve the problem but could not. They gave me an alarm clock. Should the clock not have been in my room to begin with?

When you stay here your not paying for a room at the Ritz but what your paying for this wasn't bad. The pool was cold and the water smelled yucky. But the bed was comfortable and clean along with the room was clean too. The location of where it is isn't the greatest but walking to the strip wasn't to bad. On a short budget this was a great deal. If I go again on a short budget then I'll stay here again.

If you're looking for a decent place to stay on a tight budget, this is the place to go. No, you're not staying at a 5-star hotel, but you're also not paying the same price as the places on the strip. BUT, you're walking distance from everything (which is free), about a block from the MGM Metro, and a block from a bus stop that can take you where you need to go. The room was in decent shape, better than I'd expected, but it smelled like smoke, so reiterate non-smoking when checking in if that's your case. You shouldn't go to Vegas to stay in your room, so what does it matter how nice it is??

I hated every minute of my stay at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites. I didn't spend much time in my room but everytime i got in I would have to get another room key because the old one didn't work, my room was never cleaned my entire stay, and at check out they said " oh so you were the one staying in that room! You've been our mystery guest all weekend HAHA". I mean really thats not even a good excuse. And they never once appologized for the inconvenience nor did they offer us an extended stay somewhere else, at another time in the year, or at least a better room where we would not be " a mystery guest". Do not stay at this hotel!!! I felt so dirty and uncomfortable.

We were allowed to check in at 9 AM since the hotel wasn't sold out, which was nice, but the room itself was pretty disappointing. There was no clock or TV remote in the room and the drain in the shower was bright green/blue with mold or something that wasn't supposed to be there and was quite gross. location is good though with a pretty good breakfast place in the same parking lot open 24/7. Overall, just so-so.

Super location and price. Room felt a little like a location in one of the SAW movies, but we made it out alive! Fastest check-in and out in Vegas, 24 hour security, just across from Monorail stop...couldn't have asked for more.

This is a decent hotel.. good location.. close to the airport and strip.. Pool was not heated and dirty.. The rooms were small.. but just for a overnight stay it's a good place.

I'm used to staying in 5-Star resort hotels, but was working in Vegas for 5 days and needed a value-priced room near the Garden Arena at the MGM. I was very pleased. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were extremely nice and accomodating. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, I always had plenty of towels, and the TV had many channels to choose from (for the few times I watched). It's an easy walk to the Strip - about 15 minutes. There's nothing fancy here, but was a clean, comfortable, convenient room for the money.

If you're going to Vegas to have fun and not spend too much for your room, then America's Best Value Inn would do well. Our friends stayed at a hotel a mile away, so we needed somewhere close so that we could walk. It is very close to the strip, and the check-in was superfast and absolutely no hassle. The rooms were perfect for plomping down and sleeping off last night's adventure. Granted, its not the pyramid-looking casino, but hey, not all of us are rich either....I guess that's why they call it America's Best Value...

This hotel was in a decent location for the amount that you pay. The rooms while not MGM or Hilton quality, are decent. There is HBO and I found the hotel staff to be friendly to your needs. There is a decently priced breakfast place a few feet away from the hotel and for the really budget conscious travelers, there is a 24 hour convenience store beside the hotel. Americas Best Value Inn is right beside hooters and a short walk from Tropicana, MGM - which has the monorail, and the strip. Not bad at all..will definately use again if I go to Vegas and I need to conserve my accomodation money.

Is a comfortable hotel, but you can get better price in better hotels with casino and in the strip!

Over all is good

The room smelled moldy and The bed was rock hard. If you can endure the stay it worth only one night.

Hotel staff didn't notify us that the hot tub was not working. WiFi didnt work either, but overall would stay there again

first, it took the ladies at the front desk almost 30min to set me a room second, its not clean third, customer service is bad and they don't have staff I've been in many other price-like hotels but this one totally sucks. major problem was that I went to the front desk to ask for new sheets and they said they don't have any maid available to change them so I asked for the sheets only that I could change them myself but they said they didn't have enough staff and they couldn't get it for me although there were 3 people in the front (receptionist, security and somebody else). come one, how long does it take to go for a couple of sheets? top 2 minutes? Not counting that receptionist said improper stuff in front of other guests and I saw they laughing after that. Totally unprofessional and embarrassing. Close to the strip but OMG avoid this piece of crap

Cozy, small... a little older but for the price a nice place

The room isn't bad for the low price and it is close to the strip.

If its a last minute trip and good price I will recommend even good for kids.

Good value for vegas on a saturday and got the room of our choice. No, it is not the Ritz but not a dive either

Hotel was cheap and close to the strip. It was not as clean, small and the cleaning ladies will bang on your doors starting at 8am if you don't leave the do not disturb sign on your door. If you are looking for a motel this is it. if you want a nice place to stay pick hooters.

basic motel but very handy for the strip.and near airport.rooms were clean and comfy enough for the rate we paid.great value

Nothing to write home about. The other hotels were better!

Everything was fine, except I noticed that the blanket needed washing (there where a few hairs from other guests still on it), typically they simply change the sheets. Need the blanket more often as well I guess. Its just a two hundred yard walk from the strip, no problem.
